Brela are located only 15km from Makarska. This place includes a part of an old road on the hill and a new part close to the sea. American magazine 'Forbes' listed this beach among 10 most beautiful beaches in the world, where it takes the 6th place and 1st in Europa. The Beach has a blue flag 1997. There are also two more beaches with a blug flag: Berulia and Stomarica.
